Steven Revelian, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KARUDECA. He was born and raised in the Karagwe district in a village called Ihanda. He studied a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Linguistics and Literature at St. Augustine University of Tanzania and he worked as a teacher for a couple of years after graduating.
Steven founded KARUDECA because he wanted to serve his community in a different way. Whilst working as a teacher he could see that many students could not pay their school fees or buy school uniforms. He decided to develop KARUDECA to help people develop a sustainable income.
Steven loves his job because he can see how his efforts are transforming people’s lives in his community. In his free time, Steven enjoys reading books, especially novels, searching the internet
